THE BLOODY BATTLE

FACT: It has been OVER 3 months since I last blogged......DANG!
FICTION: I do not like to blog
FACT: I am just lazy
FICTION: Nothing blog worthy ever happens around here
FACT: AWESOME things happen around here all the time including something that has been in the process of happening for a while now and it is finally done.

Mia has had a wiggly front tooth for about 10 years now.  I can't remember a time when it wasn't wiggly because that is how much she did not want to pull it out.  She would run away if we asked to wiggle it.  It has been a battle.  I told her she needed to have it out by this weekend.  We were willing to let her pull it on her own but it had gotten ridiculous!  This is the last picture with her tooth in tact.
Bloody aftermath of trying to twist it.....did it make you barf?  I wanted to.
 LOOK!!  I did it!
TOOTHLESS girl.....she was so proud.... Ben and I were happy the drama was over.
Little did we know that the other front tooth was pretty wiggly too.  We encouraged her to pull it too but she wanted to wait.  Then tonight after Ben left on a flight she said she wanted to surprise him and have it out before he got home....in 5 days. I certainly wans't going to complain.  She got right to work.  She loosened it more and then she actually let me pull it out for her.  It only took bribing her with a peanut butter easter egg.
 DOUBLE TOOTHLESS girl!
Isn't she cute?!  She asked me if I thought she would be the ugliest kid in her class now.  I said, "NO WAY! Besides your awesomeness will make up for the toothless smile"  She is quite happy that none of her other teeth are loose.
FACT: I am going to blog again soon!
FICTION: I am going to blog again soon.

Mia, Henry, and Max need a photo shoot together, quick before the teeth start growing in.

Grandpa and Grandma are happy you are such a big girl,Mia, and can pull your teeth. I know everyone will be envious of your accomplishment.
